Description JOB PURPOSE: To provide guests with coffee drinks and pastries as requested.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the Casino operations at all times and in all activities. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers of the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino operations. Develop solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.
- Meet or exceed productivity standards.
- Set tables with management selected items.
- Clean and stock.
- Clear tables of glassware.
- Professionally deal with difficult situations/people.
- Must constantly meet deadlines.
- Following of Company procedure of cash handling, maintaingin proper inventories and rotation procedures.
- Serving for special functions when needed.
- Proper preparation and presentation of coffee drink and food to guests.
- Maintain a neat and organized area.
- Adhere to all QBRC Personnel Policies and Procedures, Title 97 Policy, and HR Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications Required: - Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees..
- Read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Food Handlers Permit.
- Cash handling experience
Preferred: - 6 months to 1 year of Barista experience in a coffee shop or related area.
