*Requirements*

* Conduct assessments and design treatment plans; review and update on a regular basis.
* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and design Behavior Intervention Plans.
* Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians in clients’ homes.
* Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
* Maintain positive communication with parents.
* Collaborate with parents to incorporate individualized goals into the family’s daily routines, thus providing parent training.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Communicative & collaborative.
* Committed to purposeful care
* Current BCBA certification and a minimum of 2 years of home-based ABA experience.
* Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (Such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80.00 - $95.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
