Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) . This role requires a data-driven professional who can effectively gather information from stakeholders and translate it into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business continuity and disaster recovery requirements across departments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical business functions and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain BCP/DR plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to support continuity strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to extract key information from business and technical teams.
• Support regular testing and validation of BCP/DR plans to ensure readiness.
• Analyze test results and incidents to recommend improvements to current processes.
• Ensure alignment of continuity strategies with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
