The Role:

This is an opportunity to work with a rapidly growing Series A startup that helps companies create campaigns more effectively using AI. They've grown 15x in the last 18 months, and focus on mid-market to enterprise level companies.

We're rapidly scaling and need a Customer Success Manager to own the post-onboarding relationship with our buyers. This person will handle renewals, QBRs, and strategic relationships.

You Will:

  • Handle post-onboarding activities, manage client relationships, oversee renewals, and strategize upsells and cross-sells.
  • Demonstrate the product's value to CMOs.
  • Own and build the function: You'll be the first person to entirely own post-onboarding customer success - chance to build the process from ground up
  • Shape the customer journey: Design the handoff process from onboarding CSM to long-term account management

You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS as a Customer Success Manager/Account Manager - with proven track record
  • Experience in startup environments (Seed to Series B is ideal)
  • Experience in marketing tech or sales tech
  • Experienced handling post-onboarding activities, manage client relationships, oversee renewals, and strategize upsells and cross-sells.
  • Ability to demonstrate value to CMOs.
  • Strategic thinker - can advise customers on marketing strategy and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and engaging personality
