About the position: The Digital Marketing Manager will support AMO’s marketing team through a strategic transition from B2C to B2B. This role will oversee a wide range of marketing projects, from digital channel campaigns to supporting conferences and other advertising. The ideal candidate will manage the execution and implementation of marketing strategies, while also driving the team’s growth and operational efficiency. While this position can be fully remote, we are looking for candidates to be residents of Illinois only. Essential Functions: Team Collaboration & Development: Collaborate with marketing team members for content creation, social media, and email marketing roles. Collaborate with other departments to ensure business objectives are being met Utilize project management processes and tools, ensuring timely progress of marketing projects through biweekly sprints and regular stakeholder meetings. Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for B2B (primary focus) and B2C. Lead integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, and webinars. Campaign & CRM Management: Drive annual campaigns, content collection, and collateral creation based on performance results. Provide creative solutions for CRM issues, collaborating with stakeholders to develop new ideas and projects. Event & Conference Planning: Support the planning and marketing of B2B conferences, ensuring all logistical and promotional aspects are handled effectively. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer research, market conditions, and data to refine strategies. Submit weekly reports on campaign performance and include actionable recommendations for optimizations. Additional Responsibilities: Manage digital advertising on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads, with a focus on campaign creation, audience targeting, and performance optimization. Coordinate the promotion and organization of B2C webinars, involving collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
