Epic Application Analyst I, II, III, Ambulatory PIH Health is hiring Epic Application Analysts for ambulatory roles in Fountain Valley, CA. The position's level (I, II, or III) will be determined based on experience and qualifications. Internal applicants or Altera employees working at PIH Health as of May 2025 must obtain Epic certification in the required application/module within 120 days of hire or transfer. Failure to do so may result in removal from the position, but they can apply for other internal openings. External applicants must have active Epic certification at the time of hire, with proof required. This role focuses on Epic applications such as Ambulatory EHR, Bones Orthopedics, Kaleidoscope Ophthalmology, Urgent Care, and EpicCare Link. The analyst will support these applications, guide workflow design, system build/test, and analyze technical issues. PIH Health is a nonprofit healthcare network serving approximately 3 million residents across several counties, recognized for excellence in patient care and healthcare technology.
