Job Description: Finance Analyst Rotation Program This two-year program offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge across various areas within Freddie Mac’s Finance Division. As a participant, you’ll: Gain Practical Experience: Support accounting activities like “closing the books” and producing accurate GAAP financial statements. Develop your understanding of data analysis and reporting. Develop Business Acumen: Assist in creating unbiased financial reports for internal management and gain insight into specialized areas of the Finance Division and the company. Problem-Solving: Contribute to finding viable solutions for complex business challenges. Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to execute projects, share knowledge, and build strong relationships in a diverse team environment. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field Availability for full-time employment in January or June 2025 Graduation no more than 18 months prior to start date Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekends Key Skills and Experience: Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills Previous accounting or finance internships (strongly preferred) Knowledge of GAAP, secondary mortgage markets, and fixed income/derivative and mortgage securities (preferred, but not required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member Freddie Mac offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including competitive compensation and market-leading benefit programs.
