Current Vacancies

• Personal Trainers - Part Time, Flexible Schedule
• Program Instructor - Part Time; Flexible Schedule
• Program Assistant - Part Time, Flexible Schedule

Personal Trainer - $22.55 PER HOUR - Develop and implement a personalized wellness program for members of varying fitness levels

Required Document(s): Upload valid certifications to the DOCUMENTS area of your profile.

• Current CPR and national certification (ACE, NETA, AFAA, and NASM) in Personal Training instruction required.
• At least one year of experience teaching group wellness classes preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in wellness field preferred.
• At least one year of experience personal training preferred.
• YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification within 60 days of hire.

Program Instructor - $15.90 PER HOUR - Leads Teen & Family Programs and Events

Required Document(s): College degree/Transcripts, OR HS Diploma/GED AND Resume.

• HS Diploma/ GED.
• College level study in a physical education, health education or recreational program preferred.
• Previous experience in coordinating a similar recreational program.
• Appropriate professional certifications.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.

Program Assistant - $15.50 PER HOUR - Assists with instruction of various programs

Required Document(s): College degree/Transcripts, OR HS Diploma/GED AND Resume.

• Minimum of 16 years of age.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
