Job Description
About Me
My name is Rachel. Currently I am a Life Coach and competitive CrossFit athlete. I am also NASM certified personal trainer. My education background is Chemical Engineering with a minor in math. I in fact spent over three years working in engineering, living the cubicle life, and I was miserable. In 2014, with the help of a Life Coach, I left my engineering job to follow my passions. For me that entails splitting my time between athletic training and working as a Life Coach. My goal is that I can help other people looking to go down an unorthodox path, but feel trapped by what they "should" be doing. The only person who needs to believe in your goals is you, and that's where I come in!Health and fitness has always been the biggest love in my life, whether growing up doing gymnastics, as president oh my collegiate racquetball team, or competing CrossFit at the Regional level, I always have a passionbordering on obsession. I love the challenge presented by athletic pursuits, and see it as a perfect analogy for challenges in life.I have a contagious passion for the things I do, and I consider it my mission in life to share that energy! It is possible to create the life of your dreams, nothing is out of reach!

Coaching
My life coaching services are structured around 4, one hour-long calls (typically once a week), as well as any additional support by email or phone as need. As coaching is more beneficial to the client with regular check-ins and consistency, I do not offer a pick and choose option for the number of calls per month. The duration of time a coaching relationship lasts is based on the timeline of the clients goals, and as such there is no fixed number of months required. However, I do personally recommend a minimum of three months to create lasting changes.
