Position Overview:

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in inside or direct sales is preferred, preferably within the home services or insurance industry.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of strong cold calling skills with a track record of generating leads and closing sales is preferred.
• At least 1 year experience canvassing residential neighborhoods conducting door to door sales is preferred.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience assessing, measuring, and providing estimates within the home improvement is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 years experience guiding homeowners through the insurance claim process is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
• Must be available to work both evenings and weekends in addition to the full-time 1st shift work schedule.
• A valid Driver’s License along with a clean driving record is required. A company vehicle will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with prospective clients.
• Build strong relationships to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Generate and manage leads through self-driven initiatives and company-provided opportunities.
• Stay organized by maintaining accurate records of appointments, follow-ups, and closed deals.
• Compensated to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
