Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing facility in Avon Park, Florida . The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record of operational excellence, strong regulatory compliance knowledge, and a passion for delivering high-quality care to residents.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure quality care and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Lead and support department managers and staff to foster a positive, resident-centered culture
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and operational efficiency
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and accreditation standards

Qualifications:
• Current, active Florida Nursing Home Administrator license required
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility management
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for skilled nursing facilities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to resident-centered care and quality outcomes
