We are looking for a Full-Time  OrthoLIFE Administrator  at our Klamath Falls office for the Medford, Oregon territory. This is a member of the health care team, which provides care and services for patients. Promotes and provides support for the Pacific Medical Rehab department and meets all required quality and performance criteria. Responsible for the maintenance and general operations of the Rehab administrative functions. Provides assistance to the health care team in the performance of required duties. Functions as a collaborative and participative member of an interdisciplinary team, consistent with the mission and values of the rehabilitation department and the Medical Center. More specifically:

Job Duties:
  • Collects and completes appropriate paperwork at the request of Pacific Medical, HP team, Rehab Team, and Medical Center for documentation and billing purposes in a timely manner.
  • Openly communicates with the OrthoLife Rehab Team and supervisors.
  • Maintains a working relationship with Pacific Medical corporate team to ensure completion of order cycle and assist in gathering information at the field level.
  • Demonstrates competency for orthopedic products and services provided by Pacific Medical Rehab along with competitive products.
  • Schedule coordination for Patient Recovery Care.
  • Demonstrates ability to take initiative, prioritize, and demonstrates professional accountability.
  • Adheres to Medical Center’s policies/procedures and core values.
  • Conducts themselves with personal integrity and professionalism as a representative of Pacific Medical.
  • Is accessible and responsive to any calls from Medical Centers and Pacific Medical Team Mates during all work hours.
  • The Office Administrator will work closely with the Territory sales force to actively promote the services of Pacific Medical Rehab. This includes, but is not limited to, promotional literature, in-services, co-travel, and maintaining a referral source database for our referring medical community.
  • Orders samples, literature, studies, and other marketing material for the Rehab and Hospital Team.
  • Compiles, organizes, communicates, and shares sales, missing info, billing, collections, co-pay, and pending reports for the Rehab and Hospital teams.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00
