The CMO role is open and needs to be filled ASAP. Hospital has 90 beds - the majority SNF beds - housed in hospital. They have an ICU, MedSurg and ER - with 5 clinics throughout the community.Location: 40 - 50 miles outside of Paso Robles or Monterey. Chief Medical Officer information Must have CA licensePosition is 3 days a week - part-time status - administrative. Can be expanded to 3 Admin and 2 clinical days if interested.Position is only Administrative unless they agree to add on 2 days of clinical work in their Family Practice clinics (at this time, not set but could be a possibility for the right candidate). Target salary: 210k - part-timeCurrent CMO is only there one day a week and the new CEO is expanding the role. He wants someone 3 days a week, schedule will be determined with him. Administration duties:Attend meetings, work on physician schedules, physician recruitment, working with the medical staff office and team. 35 regular providers on staff1 - Chief of Staff - person has been at the facility for a long time, recent to role. Hospital is converting to Critical Access Status within 60-90 days which will increase their reimbursement rates. Clinics are expanding - more revenue growth.
