Role Summary:

As the Senior LMS Administrator, your role is critical to the success of HUB Learning, HUB’s enterprise learning management system. A member of the HR Talent Strategy and Learning Team, the Senior LMS Administrator is responsible for:

  • maintaining and optimizing the LMS platform to support development, engagement, retention, and growth opportunities of our employees
  • providing quality consulting and advisory services to the business in the administration and management of their learning content and programs.
  • performing as a resource to the local LMS Administrators including training support, trouble-shooting and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

LMS System Administration

  • Administer, configure, and maintain HUB’s LMS system (Cornerstone OnDemand) to meet the organization's talent needs.
  • Ensure system stability, performance, and security through regular monitoring and maintenance.
  • Identifies opportunities and provides recommendations for system optimization and improvement enhancements.
  • Manage data integrations between Cornerstone OnDemand and other systems in partnership with HRIS / IT.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the system.

· Maintains LMS data integrity rules and processes, roles and permissions.

  • Helps create, manage and enforce LMS system standards, policies and procedures; ensures compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into talent management metrics.

Advisory and Consulting Services

  • Provide high quality advisory and consulting services to the organization as defined in the established Service Level Agreements.
  • Facilitate incoming learning content administration requests through the established intake process.
  • Consult with the business and Learning Leads on LMS functionality/features as they build their learning content.
  • Create customized email banner, thumbnails, evaluations within LMS policies as requested, and compliance within HUB Brand Guidelines.
  • Administer/upload and manage business area content and programs.
  • Provide support to instructor(s) to support high-priority programs where needed. This may include assisting with program management activities when needed.

Support to Local LMS Administrators

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for the local LMS Administrators with issue resolution, trouble-shooting an on-demand support in the administration of their own learning programs
  • Co-lead the HUB Learning Administrator Community of Practice and LMS Administrator training / upskilling efforts and identification/sharing of best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years proven experience as an LMS Administrator, Cornerstone OnDemand System Administrator Certification highly preferred
  • Expert-level LMS software application, back-end functionality, plus experience with data feed and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work independently, with limited supervision.
  • Expertise in customer service; skilled at communicating technical information in terms understandable to non-technical end-users
  • Skilled at analyzing and troubleshooting software and hardware user problems
  • Experienced at training others to use specialized software
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
