Job Purpose and Position Overview: Snow & Company is seeking talented and skilled Steel Fabricators and Welders to join our team! We are looking for positive, motivated self-starters with a strong work ethic who can follow direction and work efficiently with minimal supervision. We’re currently involved in some interesting, high-impact projects, including the construction of a dry dock, two cutting-edge electric tugboats, and an 8-year contract to build advanced workboats for the US Navy.
