KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Architecture Governance Lead to join our Global Technology & Knowledge Group which is part of KPMG International.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the architecture governance framework, and associated processes
- Oversee architecture standards, policies, and guidelines to ensure consistency across technology initiatives
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, security architects, and global technology leaders to align technology investments with strategic priorities
- Assist in the delivery of solution implementation by providing guidance to development, engineering, security, and operations teams
- Evaluate business demands in the early stages of projects to determine appropriate data, and integration software, technologies, architectures, and patterns
Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years of recent experience in information technology (IT) governance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field (such as computer science) or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience developing and managing enterprise architecture governance frameworks, and facilitating governance forums
- Strong knowledge of architecture frameworks, methodologies, and standards (such as TOGAF, Zachman)
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, great leadership and communication skills,
- with experience communicating effectively at senior levels
